Compensation:

$16 – $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the hotel to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience. Provide training and guidance to the staff members to uphold high service standards and professionalism. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment effectively to meet the needs of the guests. Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate activities and elevate the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in overseeing hotel operations. Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively manage a team are essential for this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are required. Proficiency in managing budgets is a key qualification for this position.
