THE JOB:

The Assistant Manager of Front Services is responsible for helping manage daily operations of Excalibur’s front services teams to ensure seamless guest service and efficient staffing. This role involves managing personnel functions, maintaining service standards, coordinating training, and supporting risk management and inventory control efforts.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Oversee daily operations and service standards for front services team Manage all personnel functions including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through effective staff motivation and supervision Maintain departmental procedures, inventory levels, and accurate payroll processing Assist with incident investigations and support risk management as needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience, preferably in a hotel/casino Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
