Hotel Manager Motel 6 1641 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309 Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly, from front desk operations to budgeting and revenue management. Your leadership will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently and effectively. Supervise front desk staff and guest services team to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability. Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rates. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel’s services and special events. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a motivated team environment. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for efficient procurement of goods and services. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of guest services, front desk operations, and resort management practices. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Proficient in budgeting and revenue management techniques to drive financial success. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with guests from various backgrounds. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed in the hospitality sector. A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
