Job Essentials:

• Highly involved work style – aware of all guest and team members environments.
• Budgets, forecast accuracy, P&L. Aware of daily financial variances.
• Spotlight on building revenues and aware of the comp set.
• Focus on improving the GSS – involved and proactive.
• Provide leadership, train, be a mentor.
• Collaborate with the home office on market conditions, sales, marketing, yield management, operational details, new revenue streams, CapEx, etc.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience as a Full-Service Hotel or Resort General Manager.
• Experience in full service branded hotels is NEEDED.
• Extensive CapEx Renovation experience.
• Prior experience operating a hotel resort with significant event space.
• Thorough understanding of brand standards, key metrics, business intel platforms.
• Desire to live in a beautiful southern suburban area.
