Hotel Assistant General Manager Hampton Inn and Suites Lake Park GA 4906 Timber Drive, Lake Park, GA 31636

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk and guest relations.
• Oversee the phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions.

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
