Hotel General Manager BI Production Works 1331 Lions Club Road, Madison, GA 30650 Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. Our hotel is a small but special one in the quaint town of Madison. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, maintaining high standards of service, and driving profitability while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage budgeting and financial performance, including forecasting and expense control. Lead and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support in achieving operational goals. Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards in guest services and addressing any concerns promptly. When needed, recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance. Monitor guest feedback through surveys and reviews to continuously improve service quality. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations. Foster a welcoming environment for guests by promoting a culture of hospitality among staff. Experience Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of hotel management software and property management systems. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with guests and vendors.
