We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various aspects of hotel operations effectively. Duties Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct night audits as necessary, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette. Support budgeting and financial planning efforts by tracking expenses and assisting in cost control measures. Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence in service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees. Collaborate with various departments to enhance guest experiences and improve overall hotel performance. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems. Budgeting skills to assist in financial management tasks. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
