Responsibilities Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service are maintained. Supervise front desk staff and other hotel personnel, providing training and support as needed. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in budgeting processes, including monitoring expenses and optimizing operational efficiency. Collaborate with the sales team to promote hotel services and increase occupancy rates. Coordinate human resources functions such as staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Maintain effective communication between departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management within a hotel setting is advantageous. Proficient phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions. A background in human resources is a plus, particularly in training and employee development. OPERA Experience Atleast 3 years in Hotel Management required.
