We’re searching for our very own “Saint of Smooth Operations”—a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who thrives on keeping everything running flawlessly and delighting guests with impeccably maintained accommodations. In the spirit of New Orleans, we’re looking for someone ready to bring positive energy, proactive maintenance skills, and a little southern charm to our property every day.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the go-to expert for all maintenance needs, ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, and behind-the-scenes areas remain welcoming and fully functional. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical to HVAC systems. Lead, inspire, and work alongside a dedicated maintenance team, championing a culture of excellence and proactive care. Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance requests, equipment service, and preventive maintenance schedules. Coordinate effectively with housekeeping and front office teams to prioritize tasks and quickly resolve guest concerns. Keep safety as a top priority, ensuring compliance with all local codes, standards, and property-specific requirements.
