The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel while maximizing revenue and enhancing guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Lead, train, and supervise hotel staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high operational standards. Manage revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and profitability. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and attract new guests. Monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and expenditures. Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless operations across all hotel functions. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as local laws. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices. Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software. ( Hilton ) Multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest relations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
