Adventures RV Resort is a premier 400-site RV resort with 80 beautifully appointed cabins, offering unforgettable guest experiences in a vibrant, family-friendly environment. With amenities, events, and customer service at the heart of everything we do, we’re looking for a hospitality-driven leader to take the reins as our next General Manager .
Position Overview:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, leading a diverse team, and ensuring a best-in-class guest experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality, property management, or resort leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage resort operations, including RV sites, cabins, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and recreation. Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues quickly and professionally. Develop and motivate a high-performing team; recruit, train, and schedule staff. Oversee budgets, P&L, reporting, and operational costs to meet performance goals. Coordinate resort activities, events, and promotions to drive guest engagement. Ensure property standards are maintained, including cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal. Collaborate with ownership and regional leadership on strategy, goals, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
5+ years in hospitality, resort, or property management, preferably with multi-unit or large-site experience. Strong leadership and team management skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) Why Join Us?
