As a Waterpark Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing our bustling Water Park operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our guests, while also overseeing revenue generation and expense management. We’re seeking a dedicated leader who can effectively direct a team, make informed executive decisions, and ensure the highest standards of safety and customer service. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred. At least 2 years of experience in supervising employees. Current American Red Cross Certifications in Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, AED, and Oxygen Administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Responsibilities Lead and manage a top-notch team, promoting career development and positive morale. Develop and implement effective schedules and staffing plans. Recruit, hire, and train team members, ensuring high standards are upheld. Maintain safety and emergency procedures compliance to protect both staff and guests. Inspire and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional experiences. Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback and implement improvement plans as needed. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve communication. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory to ensure all tools and resources are in optimal condition. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance operations. Manages and deploys safe chemical handling and adheres to SDS practices and procedures as outlined by GWR standards, OSHA, EPA, Green Seal, and Federal, State, and Local laws. Leads and educates the team on Red Cross Lifeguard training and certification. Must be willing to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
