The General Manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, maximizing profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and cultivating a high-performing team culture. This is a leadership role that requires outstanding people skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities Lead Hotel Operations:
Oversee all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Sales to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
Guest Satisfaction:
Champion a guest-first culture by maintaining service excellence, resolving escalated guest concerns promptly, and continuously improving guest satisfaction scores.
Financial Performance:
Develop and manage budgets, control operational costs, and ensure revenue and profit targets are met or exceeded.
Team Leadership:
Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff; foster a positive, productive, and service-oriented work environment.
Maintenance & Safety:
Ensure property is well maintained, safe, and operating efficiently at all times.
Reporting:
Provide the corporate office with regular updates on financial performance, operational challenges, staffing, and strategic opportunities. Qualifications Proven leadership experience a full-service hotel environment. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff. Solid understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, P&L statements, and revenue management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and solve problems efficiently. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed. Why Join Us?
