The General Manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, maximizing profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and cultivating a high-performing team culture. This is a leadership role that requires outstanding people skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities Lead Hotel Operations:

Oversee all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Sales to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.

Guest Satisfaction:

Champion a guest-first culture by maintaining service excellence, resolving escalated guest concerns promptly, and continuously improving guest satisfaction scores.

Financial Performance:

Develop and manage budgets, control operational costs, and ensure revenue and profit targets are met or exceeded.

Team Leadership:

Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff; foster a positive, productive, and service-oriented work environment.

Maintenance & Safety:

Ensure property is well maintained, safe, and operating efficiently at all times.

Reporting:

Provide the corporate office with regular updates on financial performance, operational challenges, staffing, and strategic opportunities. Qualifications Proven leadership experience a full-service hotel environment. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff. Solid understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, P&L statements, and revenue management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
