South Portland, ME:
Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services and resolve occupants’ complaints. Greet and register guests. Manage guest services. Coordinate front-office activities of hotels. Purchase supplies, and arrange for outside services, such as deliveries, laundry, maintenance and repair, and trash collection. Prepare required paperwork pertaining to departmental functions. Meet with clients to schedule and plan details of conventions, banquets, receptions, and other functions. Schedule product or material transportation.
Salary Range:
$48,464 – $52,624/year.
Requires:
24 months of experience as a Front Desk Manager.
