Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments within the hotel and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
• Manage budgets and financial performance, including forecasting and cost control
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide outstanding guest service
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Implement and maintain effective systems for reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and night audit processes
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and increase occupancy rates
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations
