Hotel General Manager Riverview Holdings LLC Marion, NC 28752 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, with a focus on customer service and operational excellence. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage staff, oversee daily operations, and enhance the overall guest experience. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments function smoothly and efficiently. Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and night audit procedures. Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and team building. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest relations and improve customer service standards. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Monitor hotel performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations. Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the hotel’s operations. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Experience in front desk operations, including familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette. Knowledge of night audit procedures is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Marriott and/or Hilton experience preferred!
