The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, revenue management, and guest services. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
• Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals
• Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Provide leadership and guidance to hotel staff for exceptional guest experiences
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Requirements
• Proven experience in hotel management with a focus on revenue management and guest services
• Strong budgeting skills and financial acumen
• Familiarity with phone systems, night audit procedures, and bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service
