Qualifications
The primary duties include, but are not limited to: Rooms Control to include rooms blocking, detailing of all arrivals, reviewing all ‘specials’, ‘traces’, and matrix management
Reply to all iing emails in a timely manner
Work with Supervisor and Managers to arrange and execute guest amenities, guest requests and guest recovery efforts
Manage multiple systems to include PMS, POS, Zingle and all other relevant systems
Ensuring all checklists and trainings arepleted in the allotted time
Assisting with answering phone calls, providing guest with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area
Qualifications
Must have refined verbalmunication skills
Must be proficient in basicputer skills inclusive of MS Office and Opera.
Customer service experience
Must be able to work morning, afternoon or evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
Preferred candidates will have at least one year of customer service experience.
