We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals with strong management backgrounds to join our team on a contract basis and help elevate service excellence in diverse hotel environments. Job Summary As a General Manager , you will be responsible for leading and supporting hotel operations , ensuring smooth transitions, and maintaining high-performance standards. This role requires adaptability, leadership, and problem-solving skills to assist hotels in achieving operational success during staffing shortages or business transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage hotel operations across departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, etc.).
- Provide leadership support during management transitions or temporary vacancies.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Train and develop on-site teams , ensuring service consistency and compliance with brand standards.
- Analyze business performance metrics and implement strategies to improve revenue and cost control.
- Assist with pre-opening, rebranding, or crisis management as needed.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership and property teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- This role requires travel and on-site stays at hotel locations for assignments ranging from two weeks to a month, depending on project needs.
- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry ( minimum 5 years in a leadership role in the hospitality industry ).
- Strong background in hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services .
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work with diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
