Glance:
We are looking for a skilled, experienced Catering Supervisor to join our Constellation team at Bandwidth in Raleigh, NC. As a Catering supervisor, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage catering events and services and ensure its success. What you’ll be doing: Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events and services. Managing catering staff. Ensuring courteous, prompt service for all functions according to established guidelines. Assisting in the recruitment and training of new associates. Any other tasks as necessary. What we’re looking for:
Must-haves:
At least three years’ experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation. Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.
