Front Desk Supervisor Merco Property Management Hampton, NH 03842 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk at our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, customer service, and hotel operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience during their stay. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Supervise and train staff to ensure high standards of customer service. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and reservations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette. Assist in marketing initiatives to promote hotel services and special offers. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests from diverse backgrounds; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with front desk software and phone systems is required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Knowledge of night audit processes is preferred.
