The Property Supervisor is responsible for the overall cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and logistical coordination across the facility. This role oversees daily operations for EVS, Facilities, Stewarding, and Warehouse functions to ensure our Casino standards are consistently met across all property operations.

Qualifications:
Must-Haves:

3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in at least two of the following areas: hospitality, facilities maintenance, EVS, warehousing, or stewarding. You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by the applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by our operating standards.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to walk extended distances across the property. Ability to ascend and descend stairs multiple times daily. Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend frequently during shifts. Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs occasionally. Must be able to work in hot, cold, loud, and wet environments as needed for inspections or operational support.

Impact:

Supervise cross-functional teams in Housekeeping, Environmental Services, Facilities Maintenance, Stewarding, and Warehouse operations. Coordinate and maintain cleanliness standards for public areas, casino floor, administrative offices, hotel rooms, and food & beverage back-of-house areas. Oversee warehousing operations including receiving, storage, and delivery of supplies to ensure departments are well-stocked and operating efficiently. Manage preventative maintenance schedules and ensure timely inspections, repairs, and project coordination for facilities and mechanical systems. Conduct daily inspections across property to ensure cleanliness, safety, functionality, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Train and coach team members across all operational areas, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Prepare and manage shift schedules, staffing levels, and labor budgets while ensuring adequate coverage and guest service delivery. Monitor performance, provide progressive discipline, and lead performance evaluations. Enforce OSHA, Health Department, and Gaming Control Board compliance across all property operations. Conduct daily team briefings and safety check-ins. Serve as a key liaison between departments to streamline communication and ensure all operational areas support a seamless guest experience. Respond to guest and team member concerns and emergency situations with a focus on safety and resolution. Other duties as assigned. Skills to

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
