The Operations Manager will directly work withthe General Manager to ensure that all hotel operations areperformed professionally and adhere to the brand and companystandards. Ensure staff receives proper training for each position, includingsafety training and standard operating procedures. Interacts withteam members, guests, handling guest complaints and overseeingservice recovery procedures. Maximize financial returns, drivingdevelopment of people, creating and maintaining a memorable guestexperience, executing brand standards and building awareness ofhotel and brand in the local community.

Qualifications:

Previoushotel supervisory experience. Understands cost controls and somebudgetary knowledge. Ability to communicate effectively with thepublic and other Team Members.
