Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details We are looking for a candidate who has experience and solid understanding of hospitality and elevating the guest experience. The candidate must be a strong leader and team player for our fun, busy and collaborative work environment. Candidates must be hospitable, have solid communication skills, be well organized, a self-starter and be able to remain cool under pressure. Job duties include but not limited to: Oversee all Day-to-day operations Orchestrate the flow of service by being aware of all sections of the space
Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the restaurant are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained
Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees
Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards Handle guest complaints according to guidelines
Ensure that all closing procedures are adhered to
Admin functions including: update and make POS corrections as needed, retrieve guest checks, general correspondence
Qualifications:
- 2+ years management experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail
- High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearance.
- Strong computer skills
- Commitment to excellence
- Strong Beverage knowledge
- Available late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- NYC food handler certificate, TiPS certification
Compensation Details Compensation:
Salary ($75,000.00
