Job Summary:

The Event Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing events, meetings, and social functions within the hotel. This includes managing client relationships, ensuring smooth event operations, and collaborating with all relevant hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for clients planning events at the hotel-from inquiry through post-event follow-up Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and planning sessions to determine event needs and expectations Prepare detailed event orders (BEOs) and communicate requirements to relevant departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, AV, etc.) Coordinate all aspects of the event including setup, staffing, catering, timing, and technical requirements Supervise on-site execution and serve as liaison between client and hotel operations team Ensure timely billing, accurate invoicing, and appropriate follow-up after the event Maximize event revenue opportunities through upselling and service enhancement Maintain accurate records of event activities, client preferences, and feedback for future reference Assist with marketing and sales initiatives related to meetings, weddings, conferences, and special events

Qualifications:

Experience in event management, preferably within a hotel or resort environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage guest expectations professionally Knowledge of hotel operations and event coordination procedures Proficient in Delphi and ONQ If you’re ready to elevate your career while exploring new places, we want to hear from you.
