Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage front-line staff, including bartenders, barbacks, security personnel, and door staff Coordinate with local authorities, including the police and fire department, to ensure compliance and safety Plan, organize, and oversee events, including setup and cleanup logistics Work collaboratively with the management team to maintain smooth operations and a high standard of guest service
