Hotel General Manager The Marx Hotel Oneonta – Cooperstown NY Oneonta, NY 13820 Hotel General Manager – The Marx Hotel Oneonta NY We are looking for an experienced General Manager for our 78 room Boutique Style Hotel. We need a General Manager who is dedicated to hiring and training the best people to guarantee teh highest level of guest satisfaction and property performance. The General Manager must undertand the importance of the sales effort internally and externally and must be committed to the training and development of linelevel and supervisory level team members. We are looking to hire a General Manager to build a team of outstanding employees to operate this hotel.

Responsibilities:

Manage, Direct & Supervise all hotel operations Communicate effectively within the property and with ownership. Uphold all standards as set forth my ownership Achieve performance goals & bottom line profitability Hire, train & supervise all department managers Approve all new hires and terminations Enforce Rules and Regulations set forth by ownership Payroll preparation weekly Daily banking If you posess the committment to excellance, the desire to succeed, enthusiasm and energy to build a team at our Oneonta Ny location, please send your resume and cover letter.
