Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hotel operations with a focus on exceptional guest service and efficiency
• Manage and mentor department heads and staff
• Maintain financial oversight: budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Ensure compliance with Choice Hotels brand standards
• Collaborate with marketing and local tourism partners to maximize seasonal performance
• Work with Ownership Team on

Revenue Management Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in hotel management or senior operations role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage a team and deliver high guest satisfaction
• Financial management experience required
• Experience with Choice Hotels is a plus About the
