Front Desk Supervisor 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars West Harrison, NY 10604 Stratton Amenities, a trusted provider of luxury front desk services for upscale residential communities, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead a team of concierge professionals and support the daily operations at the front desk. Schedule Requirements:
3:00pm – 11:00pm Position Summary The Front Desk Supervisor serves as the key liaison between the concierge team and property management. This role involves overseeing daily front desk operations, supporting concierge team members, and ensuring residents receive five-star service at all times. Key Responsibilities Represent the property with professionalism and lead by example Communicate effectively with the property manager and the concierge team Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns and requests Manage team schedules, timecard reviews, and weekly payroll Lead team huddles and individual meetings to align performance goals Provide ongoing coaching and enforce accountability standards Help develop and implement service procedures and SOPs Support a positive, respectful, and professional team culture Ensure compliance with uniform and grooming standards Participate in monthly calls with regional leadership Qualifications At least five years of hospitality or luxury service experience Minimum of two years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Service-minded with the ability to build strong relationships High level of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to manage pressure and make clear decisions Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude Additional Duties Greet residents and guests in a courteous and friendly manner Assist with amenity reservations and support resident events Monitor and log deliveries and complete package audits as needed Conduct property walks to ensure lobby and common areas meet expectations Use surveillance systems to monitor safety and security Answer phones and relay messages professionally Perform additional tasks as assigned by property management or based on property SOPs Why Stratton Amenities We believe in delivering more than just concierge services.
