Position:

Pet Care Manager (Lodging Department)

Position Details:

This is a full-time position with 35-40 hours per week. Hours range from 6:45AM-8PM. Shift lengths will range from 8-10 hours, depending on employee preference and business need.

Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch care for our furry guests, including feeding, monitoring activities, and administering medications as needed (because every pup deserves to feel pawsitively pampered!) Lead and inspire our team of pet care specialists throughout the day Work closely with our operations manager and HR to keep our wag-tastic team organized and on schedule Keep an eye on the clock to ensure that we’re always on track to deliver the highest standard of care

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years experience in a professional pet related industry Minimum 1 year of people management experience Flexible availability, with willingness to step in when needed for emergency situations Ability to guide our team through various situations with confidence and composure
