Position Overview:

Our client, a leading hotel brand, is seeking a results-driven Hotel Front Desk Manager with experience using Marriott’s FOSSE and

MARSHA PM

systems to oversee the daily operations of their property. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of enhancing guest satisfaction, driving team performance, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate three departments, including front office and housekeeping. Ensure exceptional guest experiences through service quality, efficiency, and responsiveness Lead staff training, scheduling, and performance management Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Implement operational procedures and standards in line with brand expectations

Qualifications:

3+ years of hotel leadership experience (preferably within Marriott, Hilton, or IHG brands) Strong knowledge of hotel operations, systems, and service delivery Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
