Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Guest Experience:
Ensure guests receive outstanding service, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations, including security, food and beverage outlets, catering events, housekeeping, IT, and front office.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance resort operations and profitability.
Marketing & Sales:
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the resort and attract new guests.
Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Facility Management:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all resort facilities.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in resort or hotel management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Financial acumen and experience with budget management. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
