Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations: Manage front desk, housekeeping, parking, and loss prevention to ensure guest rooms and experience are maintained to the highest standards.
Team management:
Lead and develop a team of supervisors and front-line staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Policy and procedure development:
Implement policies and training programs to ensure consistent quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordination with other departments:
Work closely with the accounting, sales, engineering, and food and beverage departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
Financial management:
Monitor and analyze occupancy and revenue trends, manage the department budget, and ensure financial goals are met.
Guest relations:
Handle guest complaints and escalations efficiently, ensuring a positive guest experience
Requirements:
