Job Description
Front Desk Night Manager Confidential Myrtle Beach, SC 29587 We are seeking a Front Desk Night Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee front desk operations during the evening/nighttime hours to ensure service standards are met. Duties include but are not limited to: Serve as the manager-on-duty, providing guidance and support across all departments Work with other teams to ensure smooth and consistent service Handle guest issues promptly and professionally Ensure all front desk tasks are done, including confirming next-day arrivals Monitor room assignments and upcoming availability Complete and review nightly reports and share key updates with audit staff Ensure the night audit is accurate and step in to complete it if necessary Check daily logs to spot trends or issues in guest service Communicate effectively with daytime teams to ensure smooth service across shifts
Qualifications:
5 years of prior front desk experience required 2 years of prior front desk management experience required Excellent customer service skills Demonstrated experience in successfully leading a team Strong computer and technology skills Effective communicator
