Marriott Hotel General Manager Marriott Courtyard Columbia / Cayce SC 1125 Fort Congaree Trail, Cayce, SC 29033 All candidates must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel operations A self-starter with proven supervisory experience in the hotel industry Experience in Marriott Hotels / GM certification strongly preferred Flexibility to work a variety of schedules and hours as business dictates Energetic with excellent customer service skills Ability to develop team members to their fullest potential Ability to multi-task and problem solve with a positive attitude Be able to analyze financials to drive revenues, and future profitability and maximize market share The General Manager will oversee all aspects of Property Management in accordance with the Company mission statement, including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. Responsible for the hiring, training, and discipline of all hotel staff. Salary will be based on knowledge and experience.
