Responsibilities include:

Ensure staff is working together as ateam to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met.

Complete opening and closing duties as necessary, including settingup necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas,locking doors, etc. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughoutthe day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Monitor diningrooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being ofguests. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit toappropriate department or contact directly for urgent repairs.

Report any employee, guest, and/or vendor incidents and accidentsto management and Loss Prevention at the time of the incidentand/or accident. Communicate information to manager/supervisor bydocumenting pertinent information in appropriate department. Assistmanagement in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling,disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as arole model. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager;and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional, maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information, and protect companyassets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to companystandards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assistindividuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respondappropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherenceto quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and placeobjects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds withoutassistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested bySupervisors.
