Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Hilton. Located in a vibrant hospitality environment, this role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and supervising front desk operations. You will play a key role in leading our front desk team while embodying our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure high standards of guest service. Lead, train, and motivate front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Supervisor reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor phone systems and ensure effective communication with guests and staff. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial.
