Job Description:

The DualGeneral Manager will be responsible for the overall operation ofassigned hotels including hiring, training, budgeting, sales, guestservice and satisfaction, associate satisfaction, ownersatisfaction, revenue management, and timely reporting. Responsibilities:

Complete all required brand specific training Complete all required Vision University training Complete all required health and safety training Adhere to all Vision Hospitality Group and property specificbrand standards Perform any other duties as requested by management to aid inbetter operation of the hotel and service to the guests Provide personalized, friendly service to every guest andassociate Have a minimum of one year of previous dual hotel experience.

AGM or operations management experience is preferred Desire to operate a “best in class” hotel Ensure all associate practices comply with Vision HospitalityGroup policy and procedures, specific brand standards and legalrequirements Set and implement an annual goals program Monitor performance, develop and guide associates in theirrespective career paths Select, train, and direct department managers and otherassociates as needed Keep associates well versed in all policies and procedures aspertain to Brand Standards and Vision Hospitality Standards Develop annual operating and capital budgets Comply with all Vision corporate accounting procedures Lead and actively participate in the hotel’s Sales & Marketingeffort Assist in developing annual Marketing plans Deliver exceptional guest service results measured throughguest satisfaction scoring and social media sites such as TripAdvisor Inspect property on a regular basis and implement action plansregarding upgrading and/or maintaining the safety, comfort, andcleanliness of the hotel Have excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, andinterpersonal skills

Necessary Skills:

Keep confidential the business functions of the companyincluding, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guestinformation, associate issues, etc. Must be responsible for safety and security of guests, fellowassociates, and hotel assets Have knowledge of fire alarm system and evacuationprocedures Have dependable transportation available Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and inperson Able to work a flexible schedule. We are a 24/7 business whichmay require work availability of nights, weekends, andholidays Is organized, honest, work well with others, and have anoutgoing personality Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, andperson Has the highest degree of integrity and is humble, living bythe Golden Rule Able to work with people from diverse cultures andbackgrounds Values of dedication, innovation, showing respect, being drivenby excellence, being community-focused, and having a spirit ofservice.
