Job Summary:

The Front of House Manager will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences that align with our mission and values. This role involves leading a team of ushers, box office staff, and concession personnel with warmth and integrity, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by overseeing ticketing, seating, concessions, and customer service, reflecting our commitment to kinship and good-heartedness.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, embodying our faith-driven values.
  • Collaborate with production and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth coordination with Tour Groups and guest during performances and events.
  • Monitor and manage FOH budgets, including labor costs, concession inventory, and ticket sales reconciliation.
  • Uphold safety, accessibility, and cleanliness standards in compliance with local regulations and theater policies.
  • Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, such as special promotions or family-oriented experiences.
  • Recruit, hire, and train FOH staff, fostering a Christ-centered, inclusive team culture.
  • Oversee box office operations, including ticket sales, refunds, and Groups CRM systems.
  • Support marketing efforts by providing insights on guest feedback and attendance trends, ensuring alignment with our mission.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality, theater, or event management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and manage high-volume guest interactions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ staff members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems a plus
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, ADA compliance, and crowd management.
  • Someone who loves the Lord with a passion for sharing faith through actions and leadership in alignment with our mission.
  • Enthusiasm for the performing arts and creating memorable, family-oriented guest experiences.
