Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our property. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, demonstrating outstanding leadership skills and a commitment to customer service. As the Hotel General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, revenue management, and staff development, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and manage all hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes. Manage hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies and inventory control. Foster a positive work environment by providing leadership and support to staff. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance in customer service and hospitality. Handle guest relations issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels. Monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies. Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively. Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices. Proficiency in front desk operations and hotel management software systems. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal relations. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
