Weekend Resort Manager The Bridges of Wayne County 299 Natural Bridge Park Road, Waynesboro, TN 38485 Job Summary The Weekend Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the resort, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service, Saturday and Sunday with rotating weekends 8a-8p. Onsite time is flexible, however the majority of the time must be onsite or in close proximity and immediately available. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills. Duties Manage all aspects of resort operations, including front desk services, housekeeping, and maintenance. Interact with guests to gather feedback and improve services. Confirm with guest or provide guests with resort tour waivers. Provide guest ability to book rooms, rent tubes, take payment, etc. Address and provide guest needs such as questions, towels, linens, etc. Tour guests if needed and show rooms/cabins as necessary. Assist and participate in events and entertainment activities for guests. Address and resolve guest issues or complaints promptly Resolve any issues with facility and staff services to ensure all departments are running appropriately Ensure completion of closing and opening procedures ie. Restaurant, General Store Provide guidance and oversee any emergent situations that might arise. Other job duties as needed. • This position requires a dedicated professional who is committed to delivering an outstanding experience for all guests at the resort.
