Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Operation to lead our exceptional property in Lebanon, United States. As the Resort Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our resort operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and drive business growth in this picturesque location.
Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departmentsDevelop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitabilityEnsure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfactionManage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionalsCreate and maintain budgets, financial reports, and performance metricsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategiesPlan and coordinate special events and activities that showcase local attractionsAddress and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with local and state regulations and industry standardsContinuously improve resort facilities, services, and guest experiencesFoster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellenceImplement and maintain safety and security protocols for guests and staffStay informed about industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance the resort’s offeringsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management, preferably in a luxury hospitality environmentProven track record in financial management and budgetingStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of the local hospitality industry regulations and standardsExperience in marketing, sales, and revenue managementAbility to make decisive decisions and solve complex problemsStrong organizational and time management skillsCrisis management and conflict resolution skillsVisionary approach to resort management and innovation in guest servicesAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiencesAdaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
