8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekends required / Mileage Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in providing top-quality service for our client’s property in Orange Beach, AL. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to manage and motivate staff to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient operations. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleaning standards. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues. Develop and implement cleaning schedules to optimize workflow and ensure all areas are serviced regularly. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels. Address guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning practices. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the facility. Skills Proven experience in custodial services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and floor care techniques. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment usage. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and management. This position is essential for ensuring that our facility remains welcoming and clean for all guests while providing leadership within the housekeeping team.
