Position Overview We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Conduct daily inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards. Train and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance on procedures, safety protocols, and service expectations. Assign cleaning tasks and manage work schedules to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; assist with ordering as needed. Address and resolve guest requests or concerns regarding housekeeping services. Collaborate with the maintenance team to report and track room repairs or facility issues. Uphold safety and sanitation regulations in compliance with hotel and industry standards. Assist in onboarding new housekeeping team members. Qualifications & Requirements Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and sanitation practices. Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and standard office applications. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
