Home2 Suites by Hilton, Hoover, AL Job Description Home2 Suites by Hilton in Hoover, Alabama, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in creating a welcoming and immaculate environment for our guests. As the Head Housekeeper, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Responsibilities Team Leadership :

Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.

Quality Control :

Oversee room cleaning standards, ensure quality control, and inspect rooms and public areas to guarantee a spotless guest experience.

Scheduling & Coordination :

Plan daily and weekly schedules, coordinate staff assignments, and ensure adequate coverage for all housekeeping shifts.

Inventory & Supplies Management :

Manage inventory levels, order cleaning supplies, and control costs by minimizing waste.

Guest Service :

Respond promptly to guest requests or issues related to room cleanliness and maintain high standards for guest satisfaction.

Safety & Compliance :

Enforce cleaning protocols, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and local regulations.

Communication :

Collaborate with front desk, maintenance, and management to ensure efficient operations and meet guest needs.

Qualifications Experience :

Minimum of 2-3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably within Hilton or a similar hotel brand.

Skills :

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage a team and uphold high cleanliness standards.

Detail-Oriented :

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality guest experiences.

Customer Service Focus :

Friendly, professional demeanor and a dedication to providing exceptional service.

Physical Stamina :

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending, as required by housekeeping duties.
