Hospitality Housekeeping Supervisor avid Hotel Auburn University Area 2082 South College Street, Auburn, AL 36832 “`Duties“`
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of all areas
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and protocols “`Requirements“`
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and other departments
