Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations at our hotel. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests and ensuring that all housekeeping staff adhere to high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. This is a full-time position in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services and smooth operations
• Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards
• Address guest concerns or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or maintenance needs in guest rooms or public areas
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of custodial practices, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning methods
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
