The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed. Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Assist in laundry duties as required, ensuring all linens are clean and well-maintained. Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Skills Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred. Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices. Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing. Familiarity with housekeeping management principles is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
