The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and welcoming environment during their stay. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while meeting guest needs. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations and enhance guest experiences. Experience Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, custodial practices, and floor care maintenance. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
