Job Overview:
- A Hotel Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas in a hotel. This role involves conducting thorough inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect Guest Rooms and Public Areas:
- Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance standards

Report Issues:
- Document and report any housekeeping issues, such as damaged or missing items, to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Coordinate with
Housekeeping Staff:
- Work closely with housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to standards

Ensure Compliance:
- Ensure that all areas comply with safety and health regulations

Train Staff:
- Train and supervise new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest service standards

Conduct Audits:
- Perform regular audits and spot checks to ensure quality control and consistency among housekeeping staff
- Respond to
Guest Requests:
- Address and resolve guest complaints and requests regarding housekeeping services in a professional manner

Maintain Records:
- Keep accurate records and reports on housekeeping operations and performance

Hands On Approach:
- Be able and willing to “fill-in” for room attendant and laundry attendant positions as needed.
